- Phase 2: src/openai_schemas.py (P1, 17 sites)
- Phase 3: src/provider_state.py (P2, 41 sites)
- Phase 4: src/log_registry.py Session (P2, 7 sites)
- Phase 5: src/api_hooks.py WebSocketMessage (P3, 16 sites)
- Phase 6: verify + docs + archive

Blocked by data_structure_strengthening_20260606 (pending merge).
Sequencing: NOT blocked by code_path_audit_20260607 (orthogonal tracks).
