- Phase 1: Tier 4 patch generation (run_tier4_patch_generation)
- Phase 2: Diff parser and renderer (src/diff_viewer.py)
- Phase 3: Patch application with backup/rollback
- Phase 4: Patch modal manager for approval workflow
- Phase 5: 29 unit tests passing
