Phase 4: 3 side artifacts. Phase 5: self-review. Phase 6: user review. Phase 7: final commit + register. Every task has a verification command. Fable artifact at docs/artifacts/Fable System Prompt.txt is NEVER staged (verified per-task). No day estimates (per conductor/workflow.md §Tier 1 Track Initialization Rules).
