## The Surgical Methodology

Create a new conductor track following the Surgical Methodology.

## Arguments

||||
- Use `get_git_diff` to understand recent changes

||||

Document findings in a "Current State Audit" section.

|
||||
- If no previous checkpoint, scope is all changes since first commit
|
||||

3. **List Changed Files:**
