Ed_ 88d36f5d06 Update readme and scripts 
Both bootstrap and singleheader now name the files the same as the library's default.
Output now directed toward gen directory for the corresponding dir (project, singleheader, or test)

Singleheader

gen.singleheader.cpp with its own meson.build generates the library as a single header gen.hpp. Following the same convention seen in the gb, stb, and zpl libraries.

( Currently WIP )
