enforce standalone 'expression' child for watch expressions in cfg tree, adjust eval / ui to work on that child, instead of assuming the first child of a watch expression node is the expression string itself - this will let us tag watch expressions with other info, like project / lock status etc.

move from fixed flags to list of tags (matching command list evaluation names) for context menu command filtering; pull out code for filling command regs from contextual expressions; add mechanism for contextualizing a whole query, so that we can spawn command listers within the context of some other evaluation, which we'd like to fill registers with (e.g. right-clicking a module -> spawn a module command list, contextualized by the module evaluation itself

minidump format types; open crash dump command, stub out opening path in control thread; expand d_handles to support machine id, entity id, *and* 'controller kind', which can be either a dump file or a demon - this properly separates the true process control abstraction (demon) from opening a regular dump file on any machine, which will let us trivially support any kind of dump file on any platform; also fix bad cfg tree state leak
