The umbrella tracks are: 1. result_migration_review_pass (shipped 2026-06-17) 2. result_migration_small_files (SHIPPED 2026-06-18 via Phase 13) 3. result_migration_app_controller (planned) 4. result_migration_gui_2 (planned) 5. result_migration_baseline_cleanup (planned) Phase 13 reports 2 issues for diff tracks: 1. test_execution_sim_live: GUI subprocess crashes mid-test on port 8999.
